Dudes and dudettes. It’s looking like The Cool Hearts Breaking class is going to get hot steppin this thursday, from 6:30 to 7:30. Come early if your’e going to the later Muay Thai class, or stay later after the first Muay Thai class. We’ll be using the back room, which will be space-heated so no one pulls any muscles or suffers general discomfort, other than the discomfort of getting cut kicked by Justin when you do moves wrong. Just kidding. Maybe.

No but seriously, come check it out, even if you aren’t going to audition for “Step Up To the Streets, Again, in 4D”, this is a good way to cross train, build balance, work some muscles you probably haven’t used before, and dancing is basically just awesome!
