Our introduction to Muay Thai Training program has been developed with the intension to motivate, inspire, challenge and progress our students in a very structured manner. The program will include, but not be limited to, elements of combat conditioning, yoga, flexibility, diet education and, of course, all things Muay Thai. Our curriculum will allow members to build the foundation on which they will be able to develop their skill set and understanding of Muay Thai as a martial art as well as a life style. The program will be available Monday through Thursday at 8 am. As we begin to build up the attendance for this program we will add classes to the schedule as needed.
